Proof of delivery inspections are requested when there is a dispute concerning the delivery, quantity, or condition of a shipment at the time of delivery, whether the correct quantity of cargo was received, or whether the condition of the shipment at the time of delivery is in question. Recovery Service Group LLC provides independent inspections to document the facts surrounding the reported loss and assist with transportation and insurance claims.

Our Inspection Process

At your request, Recovery Service Group LLC will arrange for an independent inspector to attend the reported location and document the condition of the shipment. The inspection may include interviews with the consignee, carrier, driver, warehouse personnel, or other parties in attendance, together with photographic documentation and a review of available shipping and delivery documentation.
