We are not adjusters, but we have fulfilled our customers' cargo inspection needs for twenty years.
Our narrative reports are easy to read, to the point, and contain the information and insights that you will need to address impending claims. We furnish copious digital photographs and will promptly send the reports and photographs to you by email, usually within 24 hours.
Our hourly fee of $89.50 is reasonable and based solely upon the time required to complete the assignments: travel, on-site investigation, and report preparation and submission. Our mission is to save you time, concern, and money. We want to be certain that RSG is always able to respond to your urgent or time-sensitive inspection needs.
